Meet our Company Director, Vicki, and her family: husband Mike, daughter Lily (10), and son Harry (7).

Vicki brings over 20 years of experience in the education sector, having held senior leadership roles in schools. She teaches Mathematics to students aged 4 to 16+ and has supported thousands of students on their educational journeys.

Vicki is deeply committed to the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. She emphasizes the importance of personalised support for both students and their families, as this approach helps ensure success. Her philosophy is that "one size does not fit all," and as educators, it is our responsibility to find the unique approach that works for each child.

Recently, Vicki’s company was awarded 'Tutoring Service of the Year,' a recognition she is extremely proud of. This achievement reflects the dedication of Vicki and her exceptional team of teachers, who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives.
